As one of the company’s owners and founders, Dean has dedicated himself to the core mission of Manchester, which is to provide the optimal care and best living environment for each resident. To meet that goal, Dean spends most of his day ensuring that Manchester has the most professional and qualified staff in the city both through thorough vetting and hiring practices and through ongoing training and quality assurance oversight. By handling all aspects of hiring and human relations, Dean ensures that Manchester staff is top-notch. Having spent more than fifteen years in the construction industry, Dean is able to apply his knowledge to construction and upkeep of each of our homes, ensuring that each home is purpose built and carefully designed to meet the ongoing needs of our residents.
Dean has lived in Dallas for more than 20 years and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four children.
Jincy is our fearless scheduling manager. She spends time getting to know our staff so she can expertly match up staff with clients based on their personality and needs. Jincy has been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years and loves what she does. She takes an intensely personal approach in dealing with clients, treating them like family and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Jincy lives in Mesquite with her husband, daughter and their three dogs (Obie, Sadie and Irma) and three cats (Lulu, Tigger and Archie). In her free time she loves watching her daughter play soccer for Ouachita Baptist University, travelling (her two favorite destinations are New Orleans and New York), cooking and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Dr. Kelley Newcomer
MD, Medical Director
Dr. Newcomer is our Medical Director. She graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1995 and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. She has worked in a variety of settings, including: academic internal medicine, urgent care, and foreign medical missions. She has devoted her practice to geriatrics and palliative care for the past five years. When she is not working she spends time with her husband and three sons.
Erin Shuford is the Director of Care for Manchester Place Care Homes. Erin, who has been in the medical field for 10 years, started working for Manchester Care Homes in 2009 when Manchester first opened its doors. She has dedicated herself to going above and beyond in caring for her residents by showering them with love and empathy and becoming an advocate for the precious lives she has been entrusted to care for. During the happiest moments or the deepest emotional challenges, Erin loves, nurtures, and treats every family member and resident with the dignity and respect they deserve. Erin works hard to connect with and be a part of each family’s experience through the aging process of their loved one. Erin works side by side with Dr. Newcomer, training the staff and educating the families on conditions and clinical treatments to ensure the safety and well-being of each resident.
Erin has two children and loves camping, going on long walks with her dogs, and traveling.
Brian Levy is the Business Development Director at Manchester Place Care Homes. A “people person” to the extreme, Brian loves to meet new people and extoll the virtues of Manchester Homes. Brian has primary responsibility for touring the homes and he especially enjoys the opportunity he gets to visit with prospective residents and their families.
Brian holds a degree in Psychology from Menlo College. He lives in Dallas with his twin teenage boys and their amazing dogs Rosco P. Coltrane Levy and Piper Levy. In his free time, Brian likes to hunt, fish, golf, network and play tennis.
Stephanie Rosuck is the Director of Marketing and Community Outreach for Manchester. She spends her days meeting with clients, doctors and professionals in the medical community and ensuring that each and every Manchester client is treated with the respect, compassion and dignity which they deserve and which they have come to expect from Cambridge. Stephanie is passionate about service and is committed to treating each client as she would treat a member of her own family, personally meeting with them prior to each assignment in order to better understand their needs and to ensure a good caregiver/client match, remaining in contact throughout each assignment and overseeing every aspect of their care. She prides herself on her quick response time and unwavering commitment to client support and satisfaction.
Stephanie is a graduate of Cornell University and SMU Dedman School of Law. She lives in Dallas with her husband, her four daughters and their therapy dog, Max, and enjoys reading, cooking and some occasional peace and quiet.

As Chief Steward of Manchester Care Homes, Adam recognizes that happy residents and happy employees go hand in hand …. sometimes literally! Adam is committed to ensuring that our residents thrive and our employees prosper by treating all of our residents, employees, management, and families with respect and understanding.
Adam has spent his business career as an advisor, operator, investor, and board member, and is committed to serving his community, both as a business owner/operator and as a volunteer. Adam has served on several corporate and civic boards, including his current role as President of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) in North Texas. For many years, Adam has worked to enrich the lives of children and their families living in Vickery Meadow, one of the most impoverished areas in Dallas, through his work with Dallas ISD and Jill Stone Elementary.
Adam received his BA and BBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. When not working in Dallas, Adam enjoys spending free time with his wife and three children riding motorbikes, hiking trails and clearing brush on their property in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
